  • Payment is required in full at the time of order

  • We accept payments through Square and PayPal payment processing systems

  • All sales are final upon payment confirmation

Shipping and Delivery

  • All items are shipped with tracking information

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout

  • Important: Once an item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Hope Homestead Goods is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during shipping

Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final

  • Returns are only accepted with prior written consent from Hope Homestead Goods

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Return requests must include your order number, item details, and reason for return

  • Even with a return request, refunds are only issued upon our approval and at our sole discretion

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped

  • Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for any refund consideration

  • No exchanges are offered

Product Disclaimers

  • Food Products: Meat and egg products are sold as-is. Customers are responsible for proper handling, storage, and preparation

  • Animal Products: Fur and hide products are natural materials and may have variations in appearance, texture, and quality

  • Handmade Items: Artisan and handmade products may have slight variations as they are crafted individually

Limitation of Liability
